Your Fundy Flow 3D products are made to be enjoyed, used, and displayed for a long time. Because 3D printed items require slightly different care than traditionally manufactured products, following these simple guidelines will help keep your purchase looking its best.
General Cleaning
For everyday cleaning:

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dust and dirt.

For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a small amount of mild dish soap.

A soft cloth, sponge, or soft-bristled brush can be used to gently clean textured areas and grooves.

Rinse with clean water when appropriate and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh household cleaners, solvents, bleach, acetone, or other strong chemicals, as they may damage the surface or finish.
Keep Away From High Heat
Most 3D printed products can soften or deform when exposed to excessive heat.
Do not:

Place products in the dishwasher.

Place products in the microwave.

Place them in an oven.

Leave them against heaters, fireplaces, or other high-temperature surfaces.

Expose them to very hot or boiling water.
When possible, avoid leaving 3D printed products for extended periods in extremely hot locations, such as inside a vehicle during summer.
Dishwasher & Microwave Safety
Fundy Flow 3D products are not dishwasher safe and are not microwave safe.
Hand cleaning is always recommended.
Outdoor Use
Unless a product listing specifically states that an item is intended for outdoor use, we recommend keeping it indoors or in a protected area.
Long-term exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, rain, snow, and other weather conditions may eventually affect the colour, finish, or shape of some 3D printed materials.
Decorative & Household Items
Many Fundy Flow 3D products are designed for organization, decoration, display, or everyday household use.
Unless specifically stated on the individual product listing, do not assume a product is intended for direct food contact, cooking, or food storage.
Taking Care of the Finish
The subtle layer lines and textures visible on many products are a natural part of the 3D printing process and make each printed piece unique.
To protect the finish:

Avoid scraping the product with sharp objects.

Do not use abrasive cleaning pads.

Avoid dropping or putting excessive force on thin or detailed areas.

Handle small decorative pieces and fine details with care.
