Fundy Flow 3D is the customer-facing name and online storefront of Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing, a registered New Brunswick business.

At Fundy Flow 3D, many of our products are 3D printed specifically for your order. Because each item requires production time and materials, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, colours, styles, quantities, and available options carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or Fundy Flow 3D made an error fulfilling your order.

This includes products made with customer-selected:

  • Names or personalized text

  • Colours or colour combinations

  • Sizes or dimensions

  • Modifications

  • Other requested specifications

Incorrect Selection by the Customer

Fundy Flow 3D is not responsible for incorrect selections made when placing an order.

If you receive the item that you ordered but selected the wrong colour, size, style, variation, quantity, or other option, the item is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email FundyFlow3d@gmail.com and include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged or defective item

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

Please keep the item and its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once the issue has been confirmed, Fundy Flow 3D may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Item Sent

If Fundy Flow 3D sends you the wrong product, colour, size, variation, or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will correct the order at our expense. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacing the item, arranging its return, or providing a refund.

Order Cancellations

Before Printing Begins

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet started.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

After Printing Begins

Once printing or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3D printing requires dedicated machine time and materials, and once production begins those costs have already been incurred.

Approved Returns

Do not send an item back to Fundy Flow 3D without contacting us first.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

For any discretionary return authorized by Fundy Flow 3D that is not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When a return is required because of an error by Fundy Flow 3D or a confirmed defective product, Fundy Flow 3D will be responsible for the approved return shipping costs.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from an error by Fundy Flow 3D or an approved damaged or defective product claim.

3D Printed Product Characteristics

3D printed products are manufactured layer by layer. Minor variations may occur between products, including:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Small surface variations

  • Minor differences in texture

  • Slight colour variation between filament batches

  • Small variations resulting from the 3D printing process

These characteristics are normal for 3D printed products and, by themselves, are not considered defects.
