Fundy Flow 3D is the customer-facing name and online storefront of Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing, a registered New Brunswick business.

Welcome to Fundy Flow 3D.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Fundy Flow 3D. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Our Online Store

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer and sell our products.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fundy Flow 3D and the registered business operating the store, Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing.

The words “you” and “your” refer to customers, website visitors, and anyone purchasing or using our products.

2. Products

Fundy Flow 3D specializes in 3D printed products.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their:

Dimensions
Designs
Features
Materials
Available variations

However, photographs and digital displays may not represent colours exactly as they appear in person.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and available options at any time.

3. Characteristics of 3D Printed Products

3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process. As a result, each item may have minor variations.

Normal characteristics may include:

Visible layer lines
Small seams or print marks
Minor surface variations
Slight texture differences
Small dimensional variations
Minor colour differences between filament batches
Slight differences between individual printed pieces

These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Product Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly because of:

Computer or mobile device displays
Screen brightness and colour settings
Photography and lighting
Filament manufacturing batches
Availability of filament colours

If an exact colour match is important, please contact Fundy Flow 3D before ordering.

5. Product Dimensions

Product dimensions listed on our website are intended to provide an accurate representation of product size.

Because of the nature of 3D printing, minor dimensional variations may occur during manufacturing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions before purchasing and ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended location or use.

6. Personalized and Special-Request Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting personalized products or other special order modifications.

This includes information such as:

Text
Spelling
Numbers
Dates
Measurements
Colours
Sizes
Other requested specifications

Fundy Flow 3D is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

Personalized and specially requested products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly by Fundy Flow 3D, as explained in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

7. Orders

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Product availability
Material availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment problems
Technical errors
Production limitations
Orders that cannot reasonably be manufactured as requested

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for and production has not been completed, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Fundy Flow 3D is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may not be possible after production begins.

9. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated by our online store.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

10. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and charged according to the order, customer location, and legal requirements that apply to the transaction.

11. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is produced or shipped unless Fundy Flow 3D has specifically agreed to another arrangement.

Payment processing may be provided through Shopify or another third-party payment provider.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully authorized.

12. Production Times

Many Fundy Flow 3D products are printed after an order is placed.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

3D printing can require several hours or longer for an individual product, and production time may vary depending on:

Product size
Product complexity
Quantity ordered
Personalization or special requests
Current order volume
Material availability
Equipment availability

Any production estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time unless Fundy Flow 3D has specifically agreed otherwise.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before printing or production begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded because materials and machine time have already been committed to the order.

Please contact Fundy Flow 3D as quickly as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Order Processing Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Fundy Flow 3D is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays involving postal services, courier companies, severe weather, service interruptions, customs, or other transportation disruptions.

15. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

In particular:

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Personalized and specially requested products are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced by Fundy Flow 3D.
Damage or defect claims must be reported within the period stated in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

16. Product Care

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, Fundy Flow 3D 3D printed products should be treated as temperature-sensitive plastic products.

Important Care Instructions

Fundy Flow 3D 3D printed products are not dishwasher safe.

Fundy Flow 3D 3D printed products are not microwave safe.

Products should be cleaned by hand using appropriate care for the material and intended use.

Do not expose products to excessive heat, open flames, hot vehicles, or other conditions that may cause the plastic to soften, warp, deform, or become damaged.

17. Intended Use

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to their intended purpose.

Unless specifically described as suitable for such a purpose, Fundy Flow 3D products should not be assumed to be:

Medical devices
Safety equipment
Protective equipment
Structural components
Load-bearing equipment
Electrical safety equipment
Toys intended for unsupervised young children

Products should not be used in a manner where failure of the product could reasonably be expected to cause serious injury or property damage unless the product has specifically been designed and sold by Fundy Flow 3D for that purpose.

18. Children and Small Parts

Some Fundy Flow 3D products may contain small pieces or components that could present a choking hazard.

Products containing small parts should be kept away from babies and young children unless the product is specifically identified as appropriate for them.

Adult supervision should be used where appropriate.

19. Food-Related Products

Some Fundy Flow 3D products may be designed to assist with food preparation, storage, organization, rinsing, serving, or similar household activities.

The intended use of each product will be described in its product listing.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the product and should not use a product for food-related purposes beyond those for which it is described.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, 3D printed products must not be placed in a dishwasher or microwave.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

Unless otherwise stated, original Fundy Flow 3D branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, website content, promotional materials, and original designs are owned by Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing or used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of intellectual property associated with the product or design.

Materials owned by Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing may not be reproduced, copied, digitally distributed, or commercially used without permission where those rights belong to us.

23. Third-Party Designs and Intellectual Property

Some products may be manufactured from designs that Fundy Flow 3D is authorized to use under a licence, commercial licence, permission, or other applicable authorization.

The intellectual property rights in those designs remain with their respective owners.

Purchase of the physical printed product does not grant the customer a licence to reproduce or redistribute the underlying digital design.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Fundy Flow 3D is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion.

26. Product Availability

Products, colours, materials, and available options may be limited or discontinued at any time.

If a selected filament colour or material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Fundy Flow 3D may contact you to arrange an appropriate substitute, alternative, cancellation, or refund.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different colour or product without communicating with the customer when the difference would significantly affect the order.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fundy Flow 3D and Fundy Flow Saint John 3D Printing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized modification of a product, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information collected through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
